Molly grew up in Baltimore City, Maryland. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore Law School. Molly has been an attorney since 2008.
Molly was a prosecutor for almost 15 years. She began her career as a prosecutor in Baltimore City. She then became the Deputy State's Attorney in Dorchester County. She tried thirteen jury trials in Dorchester County and never lost one. People have described Molly as a "pitbull" prosecutor. There is no type of crime Molly has not tried. She does not give up and will fight for every case.
